It's no secret that I'm obsessed with Priti NYC. Nearly every polish I have tried from them has impressed me. I just can't get enough. I love what the company stands for, how they do their collections, their color selections, and their formula! I find myself reaching for my Priti NYC polishes all the time...I wish I could have a whole Helmer full of them! Definitely my current brand crush, and I am thrilled to share their newest collection with you! <3
This evening, I have the Priti NYC Orient Express Collection to share with you! This is a new collection for springtime with a romantic edge perfect for Valentine's Day. The Orient Express was a luxury passenger train line that originally ran from Paris to Istanbul. I can only imagine how romantic and exciting it would have been to have traveled through gorgeous nineteenth century cities when the Orient Express first started. The rich shades in this collection reflect the luxury that travelers experienced when they traveled via the Orient Express!
First up, the most unique shade in this selection, is Priti NYC Comptesse de Paris, a golden caramel nude shimmer. Really unique and surprisingly attractive! This is two coats with Out the Door top coat. This shade sort of messed with my camera against my skin tone. The shade of the polish in this image is fairly accurate, but I apologize that my skin tone is a little off!
Priti NYC Gloire de Marengo is a deep evergreen shimmer metallic. In real life, Gloire de Marengo is a type of ivy plant. I am sort of surprised to see something like this this time of year, but its richness fits well with a romantic antique theme. And it's gorgeous. No frostiness and no brush stroke issues. Lovely. This is two coats with Out the Door.
Priti NYC Cardinal de Richelieu is a squishy raspberry jelly with a super shiny formula! This is two coats with no top coat, so you can see how pigmented and shiny it is! In certain lights this looked really pink, and in some lights it looked red. Delicious.
Finally, we have Priti NYC Lady Betty Balfour, a deep egg plant purple metallic. This one is named after a purple clematis flower! Again, we have a great formula with no brush stroke issues or frostiness! Love it! Even if I have other jewel toned purples sort of like this from the Fall, I would pick Priti NYC's formula any day. This is two coats with Out the Door.
Priti NYC's polish is toxin free and safe for use on children and during pregnancy. I love how socially and environmentally conscious this company is. It's phenomenal! Read more about it [here]! Priti NYC polishes are 12mL and retail for $14 on their website [HERE]! The Orient Express Collection is on the site and available now (even the Apres Ski is still displayed on the homepage). Will you pick up any of these luscious shades?

i have to say, i do love all the priti polishes you've hosted on your blog. i don't know if i'm willing to pay that much for a bottle of polish yet, but i did look up retailers, and apparently there's a shop in downtown akron that carries the brand? just thought i'd pass this along in case you're in the area :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on this one Pamela I just can't bring myself to pay that much for 1 bottle of polish no matter how pretty it is. They don't want to make just a profit but they want to make a killing on these polishes. WOW
Deleteyou're welcome!
