I Love Nail Polish New Years 2013: Swatches and Review!

Hi everyone!!  Super excited to share a new-to-me indie brand with you today: I Love Nail Polish!  Here is an independent polish brand doing it right!  I love her packaging, bottles, brush, lid, formula, and polish selection!  The lid of the polish bottle is sort of rubberized, which makes it quite lovely to hold and polish with.  I have three shades from the I Love Nail Polish 2013 New Year's Collection to share today!

First up is I Love Nail Polish Angel Burp.  I love the name!  This is soft pink polish filled with iridescent glitters and shimmer.  You could build this one up on its own most likely, but I think the layering combinations with this one are really exciting!  I had Zoya Jacqueline on and just went ahead and layered Angel Burp over top coat to see how it looked, and I loved it!  So neat!  This is one coat of Angel Burp over Zoya Jacqueline, with NYC top coat.

I Love Nail Polish Purple Stuff is a variety of purple, periwinkle, and white glitters in a clear base with a holographic flashing shimmer!  I really like the variety of glitter shapes in this one!  I blobbed a brush-full on and spread it out and the glitters stayed right where I wanted them.  This is one coat of Purple Stuff over Priti NYC Climbing Blueberry with NYC top coat.

Finally, we have I Love Nail Polish Silver Spoon, a classic silver glitter topper in a clear base.  I've layered one coat over China Glaze Man Hunt here with NYC top coat.  While this isn't ultra unique, I'm always up for a quality silver glitter and this one is gorgeous!

The I Love Nail Polish 2013 New Year's Collection includes three other shades: A Nice Chianti, 11:59, and All Gold Everything.  Each polish retails for $10 and can be purchased from the I Love Nail Polish etsy shop [here]!  You can also get the six-piece set for $50!  For more info and updates, see the ILNP Facebook page [here].

  1. Great swatches. I just picked up and posted about Fully Turqued from her line and it's such a cool polish. I was impressed!
