Hi everyone. I'm OBSESSED with the mani I have to share with you today!! This was my first attempt at plaid nails, and I love it! =) I was really inspired by Wacky Laki's post from her 31DC and I set to work with my striping brushes! I feel like it was actually way easier than I anticipated! And I thought it was a super fun accent nail!
I started with OPI Casino Royale from the James Bond collection! It's one of the two colors I picked up from that release, and I really like it! Then, to do my plaid, I used OPI Berlin There Done That and It's So Easy StripeRite in magenta, black, and white. I finished everything off with Out the Door top coat.
Even my right hand got in on the plaid action!! =)
I wore this manicure for quite a few days and I got tons of complements on it! I think this will be a popular look for me for the winter, because it just reminds me of cozy flannel pajama pants =) Do you like the plaid look? Would you like to see a tutorial? <3
